Introducing the new Luxembourg Venture Days App

Luxembourg Venture Days (14–15 October 2026) is launching a dedicated event app to help attendees easily navigate the large gathering of startups, investors and industry leaders, reinforcing networking with a single tool to plan schedules and make real connections. 

Last year's edition brought together nearly 3,400 attendees, 330+ investors, and 100+ venture capital funds. It featured 350 speakers across the event, alongside 65 startups pitching for the Fit 4 Start accelerator. The official Luxembourg Venture Days app streamlines the experience, allowing you to plan your schedule, find the right people and secure strategic partnerships efficiently. 

Here’s a breakdown of some of the app’s main features. 

Agenda: find your way through two packed days

The app allows you to search the full agenda, including links to the hosted events programme, by topic or by speaker (close to 370 detailed speaker profiles). You can view sessions that interest you to create a tailored agenda around your priorities. This feature is useful for tracking a specific sector, planning around a particular room or making sure you do not miss one of the five major hosted events. 

Once you find sessions you want to attend, you can like them and the app automatically builds your own schedule. This gives you a focused view of the programme; with only the sessions you have selected rather than the full agenda. 

Networking: know who's in the room before you meet them

Get to know who’s attending before you start conversations. The app gives you access to business profiles for both investors, founders and ecosystem players, so you can see who’s there and identify the people you want to meet. You can save profiles as favourites and browse other attendees’ information to prepare for conversations in advance. 

Fit 4 Start: listen in and connect directly with pitching founders

Prior to the Fit 4 Start Pitch Days, the app will enable you to view founder profiles directly and locate their pitching slot, so you can plan around the startups you're most interested in and follow their pitch. This is particularly useful for investors who want to identify promising founders in advance. 

QR code: build your contact list as you go

Every attendee gets a personal QR code. With the app, you can scan other attendees' codes as you meet them throughout the event and the app keeps track of your connections. At the end of the event, you will have access to your full list of contacts, giving you a ready-made record of the people you actually met instead of a stack of business cards to sort through later.
