June unfolds as a dynamic month for founders and investors alike. It kicks off with the Startup World Cup on 4 June, followed by London Tech Week on 8–9 June. Nexus Luxembourg takes centre stage on 10–11 June, before the focus shifts to VivaTech in Paris from 17–20 June, with GITEX AI Europe in Berlin marking the final stop on 29–30 June. Together, these events create a strong momentum for Luxembourg startups across Europe’s leading innovation hubs.
Nexus Luxembourg: a key meeting point for AI and tech innovation
Taking place on 10–11 June at LuxExpo The Box, Nexus Luxembourg gathers more than 10,000 participants, 150 speakers and over 500 startups. As a leading European event focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, it creates strong opportunities to connect with investors, corporates and innovation leaders.
Startup Luxembourg plays an active role in the programme, notably through its sponsorship of the Startup and Scaleup Awards. The competition offers €100,000 in prizes, including €25,000 in cash and €75,000 in services, while giving 250 selected startups the opportunity to pitch and showcase their solutions to a large professional audience across high-impact sectors.
Participants can also meet the Luxinnovation teams on-site. At their booth, advisors are available to discuss concrete next steps, from identifying the right support programmes to exploring funding opportunities and building partnerships within the ecosystem.
The programme includes key moments such as the Fit 4 Start #16 Graduation Showcase, celebrating the latest cohort of startups, as well as the Luxembourg AI Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding contributions in artificial intelligence. VivaTech Paris: Luxembourg startups on the European stage
From 17–20 June, VivaTech brings together a global community of startups, corporates and investors, making Paris a focal point for innovation.
Startup Luxembourg will showcase 12 startups at the national pavilion in Hall 7, offering them a platform to connect with international partners and explore new markets. This presence highlights Luxembourg’s role as a gateway to Europe, supported by a strong innovation framework and international outlook.

Taking place on 4 June, the Startup World Cup Luxembourg final opens the month with strong international ambition. Seven finalists will compete for a place in the global finals, gaining exposure to investors and global networks.
London Tech Week: engaging with the UK innovation ecosystem
On 8–9 June, London Tech Week attracts a large international audience and offers valuable insights into technology trends and market dynamics. A Luxembourg delegation will take part, combining participation in the main event with targeted networking opportunities across the city, including a reception at the Luxembourg Ambassador’s residence.
GITEX AI Europe Berlin: exploring emerging tech opportunities
From 29–30 June, GITEX AI Europe in Berlin closes the month with a focus on fast-evolving technologies such as AI, cloud and cybersecurity. The event offers opportunities to explore partnerships, discover new solutions and engage with the German tech ecosystem through dedicated visits and exchanges.
