In the age of short videos and snack content, we decided to step back and take the time to talk to experienced founders from our ecosystem, focusing on the specific stage when they had to make important decisions to take their start-ups to the international scaling phase.
So, sit back, grab a coffee and take the time to listen.
Scale talks with… Genna Elvin, co-founder and Chief Tada Officer at Tadaweb.
Genna Elvin comes from "a little country in the middle of nowhere, but that gave her solid roots and big wings": New Zealand. She arrived in Europe 13 years ago and chose Luxembourg to create Tadaweb. The start-up developed a technology that analyses big data like humans would. She grew her start-up in a bootstrapping spirit with a positive cash flow, before recently deciding to bring in private investors to accelerate growth. Today, Tadaweb employs over 100 people.
Genna Elvin pays great attention to her team, its diversity and the values of her company to retain its talent, even if the internal culture has evolved since its inception. Outside of Luxembourg, Tadaweb now has offices in London Ottawa and soon in the US.
