SolarCleano is proud to announce a historic milestone. One week ago, their CEO Christophe Timmermans signed an agreement for a firm order and an option of up to 500 robots to be delivered in China over the next three years.
With China already surpassing 1,000 GW of installed solar capacity and aiming to triple this within five years, SolarCleano’s innovative robotic cleaning solutions will play a key role in supporting this ambitious growth. Their robust, waterless robots are engineered to handle the toughest environments—like the Taklamakan and Gobi deserts—maximizing solar output while saving precious resources.
"This achievement is more than just a contract—it’s a powerful recognition of the creativity, hard work, and dedication of our team, and the trust that partners around the world place in our solutions. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve grown from a small Luxembourg startup into a global leader active in over 100 countries. Today, we are taking another major step forward in Asia, while continuing to expand our impact worldwide."

SolarCleano’s mission remains clear: to make solar energy cleaner, more efficient, and more sustainable. Seeing their robots deployed in some of the toughest environments only reinforces why they started this journey.
