Building on the success of previous editions, the Social Business Incubator is proud to launch a refreshed and innovative support program focused on the ideation phase: e‑touch B.A.S.E. Ideation
This year’s edition welcomes participants from abroad to join an entirely online program running from March to June, designed for individuals motivated by a vision of societal change and innovation.
What we offer:
- A comprehensive online program designed to support aspiring social entrepreneurs in transforming their ideas into impactful ventures.
- Interactive online group training sessions where you learn alongside a community of like‑minded peers.
- Personalized one‑on‑one online coaching sessions delivered by experienced coaches who guide you throughout your journey
Program structure:
- Over 40 hours of learning, including informative sessions, interactive workshops, and individual coaching.
- Workshops and coaching sessions scheduled 2–3 times per week, with dedicated time planned for homework and practical exercises.
- The program is structured into three progressive phases, each ending with an assessment:

Market analysis and idea validation: identify your audience, validate your assumptions, and strengthen the foundations of your idea.

Foundations of a business model, financial plan, and operational plan: build a solid business model and understand the financial and operational requirements of your future social enterprise.

Foundations of a marketing and sales plan: develop your positioning, marketing approach, and sales strategy to prepare for launch.
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Refine and solidify your business idea and societal mission
- Validate your target market and better understand the needs of your future beneficiaries and/or customers
- Develop the foundations of a financial plan and an operational plan
- Create the basics of a marketing strategy and a sales plan
