Each scene will be based on true experiences. Governance Reality Check Stories: Following the theatre, seasoned founders, including Kevin, Vitalie, Pierre, and Genna, will share real-life stories that tested their boards — from conflicts over strategy, fundraising, and investor expectations to lessons learned from navigating complex governance dynamics. Interactive Discussion & Q&A: The session concludes with a Q&A moderated by Mikael and Diane, allowing the audience to engage directly with founders and experts.
